Our thanks to Dr AuYeung who arranged for patients of the White House Surgery to be given covid and flu vaccines at MillCroft Court, the idea to come to Millcroft came from Dr AuYeung when we asked her surgery if they would include anything in the Millcroft newsletter and the idea was hers to come to us with her colleague to administer the vaccinations. Her patients at Millcroft will again give her a gift as we did last Christmas to thank her for her care. Long live the cherished NHS!

Phenomenal care from Dr Anne Au Yeung. I felt she was extremely professional, she listened to what I needed to share and she supported, signposted and provided the care I needed. I felt her compassion went a ong way. Thank you to her and the team.

I registered with your practice as I have moved to the area. The reception team were very welcoming and explained the process well. I had a letter from my specialist for my new GP and this was copied and added to my record. Dr Anna Au Yeung then contacted me and through a series of text messages she booked a blood test, referred me to the local specialist team, updated my repeat prescription and sent one out to my local pharmacy. All without me missing seeing my own patients! So far I have received excellent care from your practice that I have never experienced at any of the other GP practices I have been a patient at. I am very grateful for the service I’ve received from the whole team and in particular Dr Au Yeung

Service was consistently very good. For all my GP consultations since we moved here in Cambridge 2years ago, being in this GP Surgery was a very good decision. I would say that everyone has been wonderful, from Reception to the nurse and doctors! Each doctor have been very attentive and have given me adequate treatment and management to help me recover quickly. I can not thank you all enough! Continue to carry on with the great job you are all doing.

I have been disturbed to read in the media the vilification of GPs along with reports of abuse of doctors and other practice staff.
I have never had any problems obtaining an appointment with yourselves, and have never waited for more than a few minutes on the telephone to get through. I have always been given a same day appointment for anything concerning my son (age 5).
Your surgery has given me both video appointments and face to face, in fact, the video and phone appointments are actually most helpful as a working parent.
Your nursing team and administrators/receptionists are always polite efficient and able to help.
