General practice is facing an increasing workload post COVID pandemic and we want to ensure we are talking to those patients who really need our help.
As part of the governments "Five Year Forward View" for the NHS more services are now becoming available to patients to contact directly without the need to see a GP. Here are two we can recommend.

Minor Eye Conditions Service
Provided by opticians who have extra training and experience of dealing with "minor eye conditions" such as:
Urgent conditions maybe directed to the Emergency Department if treatment is required.
